About
Stafford Inn of Prineville
At about 8,000 residents, Prineville is Crook County's largest, most important city - and it has been since 1868 when Barney Prine built a blacksmith shop and a store-saloon near here on the banks of the Crooked River. Pioneering lumberjacks, sawmill workers, cowboys and farmers settled this area, and their spirit of kindness to strangers and gracious western hospitality lives on at the Stafford Inn. Click
